I love this! However, a few things I've noticed:
-Pretty sure you can't punch the enemies, which makes running out of weapons a death sentence
-The character cannot fit through one block wide gaps, even when tilted sideways. This is not exactly a flaw as much as it is something I personally think would be cool, but still
-As stated before, It is impossible to turn solid objects back into non-solid ones
-Why is there a big red button? It spawns in on every game and cannot be gotten rid of. What are you, small friend?
-The screens are a bit small? Obviously coding a scrolling screen would be hellish, I don't expect that, but there are so many keycards and doors, and barely anywhere to put them
Lots of love though dude, this game looks like it's gonna be awesome with a bit of tweaking!
This looks really promising honestly! I agree with the other comments, the controls are a bit funky, I definitely need some kind of tutorial first, but even then, the difficulty needs to be turned down. I like the two handed style, and I love the songs! Honestly im excited to see what you do next with this game, but as it is, this looks awesome!
Lovely game! I just wish the trident dash was a bit quicker and more responsive. There is a large delay that makes platforming extremely difficult, it's almost more about timing than actually platforming
Not bad for scratch! Sometimes the movement can get stuck in one direction if held for too long though, might be a glitch
THANKS FOR THE FEED BACK! ill try and work out a solution, probably just an issue with how scratch 1.4 registers inputs or the lag when you hold down a direction( happens on my side at least, i use a potato)
This is amazing for Scratch! For someone who basically can only use scratch, this is pure magic. The command system is super cool, albeit a bit tricky to get a hold of. The learning curve is a bit janky, but I'd love to see a bunch more out of this concept! All you really need is a bit of polish and I'd say this could be an amazing experience
Thank you so much for trying it out! I agree, the concept its self is quite tricky, which Is why I have in depth instructions and a small tutorial at start (hope the tutorial did help you). I still work once a while to polish it up and fix bugs as much as I can. (Some cases I am restricted due to limitations)
This game has so much personality! The characters are all unique and have their own playstyle, and the art is really amazing! The floors seem pretty vacant and purposeless for now, but other than that I'm really excited to see what comes out of this.
Also <3 for gore!
Im glad you liked it!
So glad I could see this project come through! If you ever need help on anything in the future, don't hesitate to ask, it was lovely working with you
